Iran is willing to restart atomic negotiations with the United States provided that it is approached with "respect" and "honor", Tehran's top diplomat has stated.

Abbas Araghchi said solely negotiations was effective, and disclosed fresh requests had originated from intermediaries to restart negotiations with the American leadership. He asserted Iran had zero secret atomic facilities, and Tehran had not yet reached a point to authorize the International Atomic Energy Agency to access attacked atomic facilities for security reasons.
